This is a roomy second floor apartment with an equipped eat-in kitchen. There are a tub and shower in the full bathroom. The living room and/or bedroom are interchangeable. Each is large and has a closet so you can set things up the way you prefer. There is no laundry facility on site and the owner accepts no pets. Tenants are responsible to clear snow from steps and walkways. Included in the rent are water/sewer/trash removal and heat. The tenant pays for their own electricity. Parking is public on-street.
