Antietam Realty, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Linda Stains, a Waynesboro resident, with a focus on property management. In 2015 the company was sold to Linda's daughter, Jennifer (Stains) Martin, who grew the number of managed rentals by leaps and bounds and hired a wonderful staff of customer-service minded people. Antietam Realty is under new ownership, as of January 2023. The staff has not changed. We are still focused primarily on property management. We want to continue to grow the business, in rental management and sales, and we want to serve our community well. We strive for excellence in all we do. Thorough and detailed move-in and move-out inspections are completed to protect our owner's valuable investment and help our tenants maximize their security deposit return. Periodic inspections are done as required by the governing municipalities and as needed to ensure lease compliance.
Payment of utility bills, maintenance & repair invoices, rental licenses, etc. as authorized by the property owner. Monthly owner statements and payments can be sent via email and ACH or via USPS. We also send year-end statements for tax reporting purposes.
